Sweets under the sign of trust: our company received the Halal certificate
Friends, we are very pleased to share an event we've been preparing for several months.
Our company has received the prestigious Halal certificate UAE.S GSO 2055-1:2015. This document certifies that the products manufactured at our facilities comply with Islamic canonical norms.
And now, the key facts in simple terms.
Who issued it?
The certificate was issued by the Belarusian Halal Standardization and Certification Center, BelHalal LLC, an organization that truly verifies production according to Islamic standards.
What exactly is permitted?
The certificate covers confectionery and semi-finished products we produce. And that's over 170 items!
Here are just a few:
glazes (white, milk, chocolate, colored, caramel, orange, lemon, coconut—you name it);
Fillings for candies and desserts (with hazelnuts, coconut, and orange);
Favorite candies: Mont & Brook Truffles, Kokosik, Vkusik, Klyuk-WOW, Shtuchki-Tyanuchki, Toffeo, Nutini, Miksini, and KVANT and MOZG ON candies;
Chocotti bars with peanuts and caramel;
Oboldini chocolate, Oboldini Milk chocolate, white and dark chocolate, and unsweetened chocolate.
Honey-flavored syrup, powdered sugar.
The full list is in the certificate appendices (there are 12 pages of them!).
Where is it made?
The production facility is located at:
Minsk, Babushkina St., 60
But it's not just about the address. To obtain Halal certification, our production was literally scrutinized.
Specialists conducted a full audit—from raw materials and packaging to finished products.
They checked everything:
· Where the ingredients come from;
· How they are stored;
· Whether they come into contact with prohibited products;
· The cleanliness of the equipment and even the logistics.
Nothing was overlooked. Because Halal isn't just a sticker. It's a fair chain: every stage of production is monitored.
"Obtaining Halal certification is another step toward expanding our supply chain and increasing the trust of our customers. We understand that for many families, choosing food products is not just a matter of taste but also adherence to religious traditions. It was crucial for us to confirm that our sweets are produced in strict accordance with high standards. We are proud that now even more people will be able to enjoy their favorite Shokoladovo treats without any doubts," commented Deputy Director for Research and Development, A.Ch. Ovchuk.
